Heru Ka Hetep

A god of storm, rain, and fertility — the violence of the sky and the abundance it brings, the same power read twice.
The three-fold name carries the whole concept in the order it unfolds. Ka — the vital life-force, the same ancient word that also named the bull, for the bull was the image of generative power. Hetep — peace, satisfaction, the fertile land of perpetual bloom; the calm and plenty the storm leaves behind. Read as an arc, the name is the god in motion: raw force resolving into the abundance of the watered land.
The structure has a true ancient precedent — the sacred bull Buchis, worshipped as the living ka of the storm-god Montu, bore a light body and dark face. Heru's two-tone coloring carries the same echo.
Design-wise: cold storm-blues and silver hold the sky-violence; a thread of warm rim-light lets the fertility half live in the color. The tail terminates in a seed-pod shape — fertility growing out of the storm's tail, a quiet thesis for the whole figure.
